It's preferable to dry clean all our products.

in case of machine wash please use a gentle cycle maximum at 30C.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not use bleach.

Wash inside out.

Iron at maximum 40c.

Exchange

Feel free to try it out while the courier is here. so if you would like to return it back and only pay shipping fees.

A courier will be sent to pick up the product & deliver the exchange within 5 to 7 working days.

Refund

To receive a refund, please visit our stores with your receipt.

The product should be in its new original state.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
